GUIDELINES

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS TO KONSTAN JOURNALS

 Step 0 – Preparation

  1. Before collecting manuscripts, make sure your manuscript follows the format of the KONSTAN Journal manuscript.
  2. Login to the KONSTAN Journal page at https://jurnalkonstan.ac.id/index.php/jurnal/login. If you do not have an account, please register as an Author by clicking the menu Register.
  3. If you are logged in, select a user as Author, then select “Click Here” on Tabs “Start a New Submission.” Then follow the steps to collect the manuscript below:

Step 1 – Start Collecting

Put a mark on each checklist. Leave a comment to the Editor if needed. Then click ”Save and Continue” to proceed to the next step.

Step 2 – Upload the Script

Upload your manuscript by clicking “Choose file” and “Upload”. Use file formats doc or rtf. Then click “Save and Continue” to proceed to the next step.

Step 3 – Inputting Script Metadata

Input manuscript metadata, which includes author identity, title, abstract of the manuscript, keywords, bibliography, and so on. Asterisk data is required. Especially for bibliography, use a standard bibliography writing systematics, IEEE Style. Then click “Save and Continue” to proceed to the next step.

Step 4 – Upload Support Files

In this section, upload supporting files such as signed statements of willingness, documents related to data analysis, and other supporting documents not included in the manuscript but essential to know by the review. Then click “Save and Continue” to proceed to the next step.

Step 5 – Confirm Manuscript Submission

In this section, the Author will be shown a summary of the manuscript information that has been sent. Before finalization, the Author is encouraged to check the data, and if it is appropriate, the Author can click the ”Final Submission” to end the manuscript submission process. After this process, the Author will get a confirmation email and can monitor the status of his writing at any time on the link provided.
